Delivery and duties
Your sculpture is made to order by our trusted designers and artisans, a small workshop who we work with closely, then sent directly to you. We only commit to what we can genuinely stand behind.
The stages
- Modelling and your proof. Usually after you share your photos, depending partly on how quickly you review it.
- Making, hand-painting and delivery. Once you approve, it's with you within 7 to 10 business days, plus customs clearance, which varies by country.
Australia
Delivery cost and transit time to Australia are being confirmed and will be shown at checkout before you pay.
If it arrives damaged
Send us a photo and we'll remake and resend it at no cost. Transit is our risk, never yours.
