How we look at your photos
A person looks at every photo before modelling begins and tells you plainly if another angle would help. You don't need photos to check out.
If your photos can't support a likeness
We'll tell you before anything is made, suggest what would help, and refund you in full if it still isn't possible.
Your proof and changes
A 3D proof comes first, and you approve the exact version we make. We'll keep refining it with you until it feels like them. If it never quite does, you'll have a full refund before anything is made.
When making starts
Only when you approve your proof. Paying doesn't start it. From that moment, it's usually at your door in 7 to 10 business days.
Delivery and duties
Delivery cost and any import charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

    Upload photos privately when you're ready. We model your pet by hand and send you a 3D proof. Take a look within 7 days and tell us what you'd change. If we don't hear from you, we'll take it that it feels right and begin making their piece.

  3. We make it, then send it

    Stages 4 to 9: Approved, Modelling, Hand-painting, Checked, Dispatched, Delivered

    Once you approve, it's 3D printed in resin, hand-painted and photographed for you, then sent to your door within 7 to 10 business days, plus customs clearance, which varies by country.

Questions people ask

Will it look like my pet?

It will look like the proof you approve, and that's the promise we can honestly make. A sculpture is an interpretation, not a photograph, which is why you see your pet in 3D and ask for changes before anything is made.

What if I only have a few photos, or old ones?

Send what you have. Clear photos of the face, ears and markings help most, and a side view is a bonus. If you'd like, we can look before you order, for free.

Can I buy it as a gift?

Yes. Tick "This is a gift" and you won't need any photos. After checkout you can pass on a private link, or we can send it on a day you choose. They share photos and approve the proof in their own time, and you see progress only.

My pet has a very long or unusual coat. Is that different?

Some coats take more modelling and painting. If yours does, we'll tell you what's involved when we look at your photos, before anything is made.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a photo of the damage and we'll remake it. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are never limited by our policies.
