Pet memorial sculpture FAQ.
What photographs should I upload?
Send the clearest photographs you have. Front and side views of the face, full-body photographs and images showing distinctive markings are particularly useful. They do not need to be professional photographs. If your pet has passed and you only have a limited number of photographs, send what you have. A person will review the set before we begin.
When do I upload my photographs?
After you place your order. We will send you a private upload link connected to your order so you do not need to prepare everything before checkout.
Will a person actually review my photographs?
Yes. A person reviews the photo set before the digital sculpture moves forward. We do not automatically release customer photographs directly into production.
Will I see the sculpture before it is printed?
Yes. We send you a digital 3D proof before production. You can approve it or request your included revision. Nothing goes into production until you explicitly approve the proof.
How many revisions are included?
One revision is included with every sculpture. The purpose of the proof is to make sure the pose, proportions and visible details are understood before production begins.
What is it made from?
Your sculpture is 3D-printed in [confirmed material] and finished using [confirmed process]. It is intended for indoor display. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth and keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight, water and high heat.
How long will my order take?
Each sculpture is made to order. Our current estimate is [proof timeframe] after usable photographs have been confirmed, followed by approximately [production timeframe] after approval, plus delivery.
What happens if it arrives faulty or damaged?
Contact us at unmipets@gmail.com with your order number and, where helpful, photographs showing the issue. We will assess the problem and provide the remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, that may include repair, replacement, remake, refund or another appropriate remedy. Your approval of the digital proof does not waive your consumer rights.
Can I return it because I changed my mind?
Because each sculpture is personalised and made specifically for you, we do not ordinarily accept change-of-mind returns once you have approved the proof and production has begun. If you need to cancel before production starts, contact us as soon as possible and we will let you know what can still be changed or cancelled. This does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
What is the digital memorial?
A discreet QR code on the sculpture base opens a private digital page for your pet's photographs and videos. It is included with your sculpture at no additional cost. There is no subscription or renewal fee for the included memorial.
What does private mean?
At launch, the memorial is private by link. It is not intended to appear in our public navigation or search results, and its URL is designed not to be easily guessed. Anyone who has the QR code or private link may still be able to view it. Please share it only with people you trust.
Will you use my photographs in marketing?
Not unless you separately give us permission. Purchasing a sculpture does not give unmi permission to use your photographs, videos, proof or finished memorial in advertising, social media, galleries or promotional material.
Will my photographs be used for AI training?
No, not without separate opt-in consent from you. Photographs and other media submitted for an order are used to fulfil and support that order. Purchasing from unmi is not consent for model training, marketing or public display.
