Terms of service
These Terms apply when you use unmi.pet or purchase from unmi.
unmi is operated by [legal business name], ABN [ABN], of [business address]. You can contact us at unmi@gmail.com.
Our products
unmi creates personalised pet memorial sculptures from photographs supplied by customers. Because each pet and photo set is different, minor characteristics of a physical 3D-printed object may differ from how a digital proof appears on a screen. Nothing in these Terms allows us to supply a product that fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
Ordering
When you place an order, you are responsible for checking your selected sculpture size, contact information and delivery information. After ordering, you will be asked to provide photographs for the sculpture.
Proof and approval
We provide a digital 3D proof before production. One revision is included. Your sculpture will not be released to physical production until you explicitly approve the proof. Approval confirms the design you have asked us to produce. It does not waive any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customer content
You retain ownership of photographs, videos and other content you submit. You give unmi and the service providers required to fulfil your order a limited permission to process that material only as reasonably necessary to create, produce, deliver and support your sculpture and digital memorial. We do not obtain permission to use your order content for public marketing, advertising or model training merely because you made a purchase. Any such use requires separate opt-in consent.
Production and timing
Each sculpture is made to order. Any production or delivery date shown is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you.
Prices
Prices are displayed in AUD. Shipping charges are shown before checkout is completed.
Digital memorial
A digital memorial is included with each sculpture at no additional charge. There is no subscription or renewal fee. At launch, memorial pages are private by link — anyone who has the QR code or link may be able to access the page. We do not promise that any online hosting service will operate forever. If unmi needs to discontinue the memorial service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and an opportunity to retrieve your uploaded media.
Returns and consumer rights
Our Returns & Consumer Guarantees Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these Terms as our service changes. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights already attached to an existing purchase.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Territory], Australia.
