How our pet memorial sculptures are made.
A considered process, from photographs to something you can hold.
There is no need to rush this. We have deliberately built an approval step into the process so that you can see what we are making before your sculpture enters production.
01 — Choose your size
Select an 8 cm, 10 cm or 12 cm sculpture and place your order.
02 — Share their photographs
After checkout, we will send you a private place to upload the photographs you would like us to work from.
03 — We review them
A person checks the images for useful angles, markings and details. If another photograph would genuinely help, we will ask.
04 — See their proof
We create a digital 3D proof for you to review. One revision is included.
05 — You approve it
Nothing goes to production until you explicitly tell us the proof is ready.
06 — We make their sculpture
Once approved, your piece is made to order, carefully checked and prepared for dispatch.

Use the photographs you have.
You do not need professional photography.
Clear photographs of their face, both sides of the head, body shape and distinctive markings are especially useful. Different angles are more helpful than several nearly identical photographs.
Natural light is helpful where possible.
If some of the only photographs you have are older, lower-resolution or imperfect, send them anyway. A person will review the set and tell you if anything else would genuinely help before we proceed.
