Use the photographs you have
You do not need professional photography.
Clear photographs of their face, both sides of the head, body shape and distinctive markings are especially useful. Different angles are more helpful than several nearly identical photographs.
Natural light is helpful where possible.
If some of the only photographs you have are older, lower-resolution or imperfect, send them anyway. A person will review the set and tell you if anything else would genuinely help before we proceed.
What is most useful
- Front view of the face
- Both sides of the head
- Full body shape
- Backside and/or tail
- Distinctive markings, colouring or features
- Different angles rather than several nearly identical shots
What to keep in mind
Natural light generally produces clearer detail than flash photography.
If your pet has already passed and you only have a small number of photographs, please send what you have. We understand that you cannot simply take another photograph. A person will review the set with care and let you know if anything else would genuinely help before we proceed.
You upload your photographs after checkout, through a private link connected to your order. You do not need to have everything ready before you place your order.
